When a used head unit is installed into another vehicle, the system may activate theft protection and block normal operation. An anti-theft PIN code is required to unlock and adapt the unit correctly.

How It Works

(Depending on the head unit and manufacturer, the calculated PIN will be provided as either a 25-character security code or a 6-digit PIN).

Important Notice
- No refund after successful code retrieval.
- Please verify your serial number before ordering.
- Reported stolen, blocked, or blacklisted head units are not supported.
- If the head unit is identified as stolen or permanently blocked in the manufacturer database, PIN code retrieval cannot be performed.
- In such cases, the head unit must be replaced with a legitimate supported unit before activation can be completed.
- This service includes PIN code calculation only. Anti-theft removal, PIN adaptation, coding, or any additional programming services are not included and must be purchased separately.
