Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our software, coding, remote support and services.
Which software or service do I need for my vehicle?
Please send your VIN, vehicle model/year, control unit name, and the job you want to perform. We will confirm the correct software, interface, and service before payment.
Can you check compatibility before I buy?
Yes. Compatibility check is recommended, especially for ECU programming, online coding, retrofit, FSC, SCN, TOPIx, ODIS, Xentry, or E-Sys related jobs.
Do I need original hardware VCI or can I use clone interfaces?
Some jobs require original or high-quality interfaces. If you are using a clone device, we strongly recommend purchasing from a trusted supplier. You can also send us photos of your interface for compatibility verification before ordering. Programming, flashing, online login, and security access may fail with unstable clone devices.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Basic diagnostic software can be used by beginners, but ECU programming, coding, flashing, and retrofit work should be done by trained technicians or with remote support.
What should I prepare before placing an order?
Prepare VIN, vehicle model/year, Windows version, diagnostic interface model, current software version, and screenshots of the error or target function.
How is the software delivered?
Most software is delivered by download link, remote installation, or pre-configured package depending on the product.
Do you install by remote support?
Yes. Remote installation can be done through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar tools.
Why does installation fail on Windows?
Common causes include antivirus deletion, missing drivers, wrong Windows build, blocked license files, unstable internet, or incomplete previous installations.
Can I update Windows after installation?
Avoid major Windows updates unless confirmed. Some diagnostic software, drivers, launchers, and licenses may stop working after system updates.
Can I move the software to another laptop?
Not always. Some licenses are hardware-locked. Contact support before changing laptop, SSD, motherboard, or reinstalling Windows. Please contact us in advance to avoid activation issues or license loss.
What coding and programming jobs do you support?
Typical jobs include ECU coding, module programming, firmware update, retrofit coding, exchanged module coding, CarPlay activation, FSC/PIN/MAP codes, SCN, CP IMMO unlock, and dealer-level online support...
Can you perform online login for programming vehicles?
Yes. Some functions such as ECU programming, module replacement, and system synchronization may require online server access during the procedure.
Is ECU programming risky?
Yes. Programming can fail if voltage drops, internet disconnects, wrong flash file is used, or the interface is unstable. A battery charger and backup plan are strongly recommended.
Can you code used or replacement modules?
Yes, depending on the brand and module. Some replacement modules require online login, security access, parameterization, SCN coding, CP removal, or immobilizer adaptation.
Can you activate hidden features?
Yes, if the vehicle hardware and software support the function. Some features require FSC, PIN, license, firmware update, or additional parts.
What do I need before remote support starts?
You need stable internet, charger connected to laptop, vehicle battery support, diagnostic interface connected, ignition ready, and remote software installed.
Can you work without the car connected?
For installation yes. For coding, programming, fault diagnosis, and activation, the vehicle usually must be connected.
What happens if remote connection disconnects during programming?
Do not turn off ignition or unplug the interface. Reconnect remote software immediately and wait for technician instructions.
Do you support urgent workshop cases?
Yes. If you have an urgent case, you can contact us directly via Telegram or WhatsApp for faster response.
If we are temporarily unavailable, please leave a remote support ticket through the Contact Us page so we can review your case as quickly as possible.
What information should I send when opening a support ticket?
Please submit your request through the Contact Us page and include:
• Vehicle model/year
• Software or tool name
• Brief description of the issue
• Error codes or symptoms if available
We will review your case and contact you with the next steps.
Which payment methods do you accept, and is payment after completion available?
We currently accept PayPal, Western Union, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH and USDT payments). For trusted customers and selected promotional periods for new clients, payment after completion may also be available depending on the case.
What happens if the service cannot be completed?
If the requested service cannot be completed, a refund may be issued depending on the case and work already performed.
What is covered and not covered after purchase?
Support covers installation errors, activation issues, basic usage guidance, and problems related to the purchased product or service.
What not: Vehicle hardware faults, wrong customer operation, unstable clone tools, corrupted Windows, dead ECUs, failed third-party files, or unsupported vehicle versions are not automatically covered.
Do you provide training or manuals?
Yes. We provide selected training materials, setup guidance, and technical documentation for diagnostic, coding, retrofit, and ECU programming software. Availability may vary depending on the software, vehicle platform, and service requested.
Do you support long-term workshop cooperation?
Yes. We highly value long-term cooperation with workshops, technicians, and automotive businesses. Our goal is to build reliable partnerships through ongoing technical support, communication, and professional service.
